Product Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at Hemo bioscience in Durham, NC. The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, conduct market research, define product vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch initiatives. Responsibilities also include product strategy, roadmap planning, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Assisting manufacturing and customers with product specification development

Qualifications

  • Product Management, Product Development, and Market Research skills

  • Blood bank/transfusion Laboratory experience

  • Strategic Planning, Roadmap Definition, and Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Experience in defining product vision and driving product initiatives

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Knowledge of FDA regulations is a plus

  • MLS ASCP/BB or SBB
